Right of withdrawal

If you have changed your mind after placing an order on www.acavallo.com and you no longer want to receive the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty as indicated in the art. 52 of the Consumer Code. Contact our Customer Service, keeping the code of your order at hand; one of our operators will support you for every withdrawal operation.

Returns

In the event of a return, send a report within the terms set out in the sales conditions to our Customer Service (email: assistenza.clienti@acavallo.com) indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will verify your case and the existence of the necessary conditions to open a return procedure. Once the request has been approved, You will receive the UPS label to print and to put on the box and indications about the closest Ups parcel shop where bring the parcel. The service costs €10. This cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. In the presence of defective goods or in any case different from what was ordered, the costs for the return will be entirely borne by the Company. The product must meet the transportability requirements (e.g. it must not have damaged, unintact packages, etc.).
Refunds

The refund procedure is promptly opened by the Customer Service as soon as you make the return.
In case of return, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from receipt of the return.
In case of cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with the IBAN of your bank account, to which we will make the refund. The cost of the payment by cash on delivery (€3.50 including VAT) will not be refunded in the event of withdrawal.
The latest date for the buyer to request the return is 30 calendar days after the actual delivery date and the return should be shipped within 10 days from the receipt of the return link
Refunds will cover only the value of the returned item. Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
