CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDERS

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, i.e. it is still marked with the status "in process" or "awaiting payment". See all the conditions of sale here. If the payment has already been made at the time of the cancellation of the order, it is necessary to contact Acavallo customer service to request a refund.

The deadline for canceling an order is a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt of the products. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. The customer can request the collection service by express courier, directly from the address indicated. This cost varies according to the size of the package and will be deducted from the total amount of the return. The return costs can be viewed in the "Returns and Refunds" section and will be indicated at the time of the return authorization.

Upon confirmation of the shipment you will receive an email with a link to the tracking page.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the size and weight of the package and will be indicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders over 150,00€ in Italy and in Europe benefit from free shipping. You can view the table of shipping costs by country in the "Shipments" section.
 

Delivery times are 24/48h from the date of shipment in Italy and from 3 to 7 days in Europe barring unforeseen events. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Times may be longer for deliveries to remote areas or islands.
 

No, it is not essential. However, by registering you gain access to exclusive benefits, including free shipping on your first order.

If you have received a damaged package remember to keep the box and the products as we may need to ask you for a few more details. If, on the other hand, you have found that one or more products have a lack of non-conformity, please indicate the specific problem to allow us to carry out the appropriate checks. As soon as we receive your report, we will contact you ASAP to agree on a refund method.

Have you received products other than those you ordered or is your package incomplete? Write us specifying the following information: - Order code - Name of incorrect / missing products. This will allow us to carry out the appropriate checks. Once this check has been carried out, we will contact you and agree on the refund procedure with you.

You can request delivery to a residential or business address as indicated when placing your order. Deliveries occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It is necessary that someone is present at the place of delivery to receive the order and sign the related documentation; if no one is present at the delivery address, two more delivery attempts will be made and in the event of a negative outcome, the shipper will forward the order to the local warehouse where it will remain for a maximum of 5 working days before returning to our warehouse. It is never possible to purchase and ship from different countries. It is possible only within the same country.
PAYMENTS

Orders placed online can be paid for by credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. The amount will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. The charge will be made in the same currency as the prices displayed on the site. In Italy we also accept casch on delivery at cost of 3,50€.

PRODUCTS

Some Acavallo products may contain animal fur and this information is specified on the product sheet.

You can find the details of the main components of our garments on each product page. Below is a rundown of the materials we use to make our garments and products:

• Rayon fabric: it is the alternative to silk. Silk garments are very comfortable to wear thanks to the quality of this fiber but this type of fabric is not easy to work with because it slips and is quite expensive. Rayon is made with viscose yarn.
• Polyester: it is a synthetic fiber. It has a very low absorbency and is therefore perfectly suitable for sports as it easily wicks away sweat unlike cotton.
• Elastane is a synthetic fiber known for its elasticity. Among the advantages of elastane are the following characteristics: high elasticity (resistance to 600% elongation before tearing), return to the original shape after stretching, faster drying than a "normal" fabric.
• Spandex is a synthetic fiber or polyurethane polymer fabric used in the production of elastic garments, also known as lycra. It is strong, light and highly elastic.
• Nylon is a synthetic fiber made up of mineral-based products. When it is woven with a flat non-textured yarn, it is used for sportswear and linings. This fabric has a low absorbency which allows it to dry quickly. In addition, the water-repellent treated nylon, used in the composition of sportswear, protects you from wind and rain during your sports outings.
